Some of Australia’s biggest running event producers have joined forces to bring you the next big thing in trail running! Multiple locations across Australia have been chosen to showcase some of the best trails this country has to offer.
Distances at each location will vary depending on the availability of trails, ranging from short races for kids known “Tiny Trails” all the way up to (and sometimes over!) a 100km race. There is a distance for all types of runners, from those that are starting out, those that run for fun and those who are running for cash prizes, there is something for everyone.
To enhance your experience of your Super Trail event, we recommend reading all of the information below. Registration Kit Collection
All race packs must be collected prior to the event at the time and locations shown in the schedule. Photo ID or Registration Confirmation is required (a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email).
No race packs will be sent out prior to the events.
On The Day Registration
You will be able to register on the event day, subject to the availability of spots.
Triple Crown Events
(Currently applies to Mitchell River 2022 event)
1. Friday night shoot-out – this will give you your starting position
2. The 50km on Saturday
3. the 21km on Sunday
L.O.S.E.R. & Super Trail
(Currently applies to Mitchell River 2022 event)
If you wish to do both events, you can do the 6km run on Friday night – this will roughly be your L.O.S.E.R course.
Parking
Parking information will be provided for individual events. Please be mindful of local residents and parking restrictions in each location, and keep noise to a minimum.
Safety Briefing
All competitors must attend this briefing, at the time and location nominated on the schedule. Most information will be provided in the Competitor Information emailed in the days prior to the event, but last minute details will be communicated here.
Mandatory Gear
This is gear you MUST carry on your run. There are mandatory gear checks during the race, where you will be asked to produce one or two specific items out of your pack. This gear is required for your safety. A list for your specific race will be provided soon.
First Aid & Emergency
Trained medical personnel will be on site for the event. Aid station marshals/ volunteers will have a mobile phone for emergencies. There are basic first aid kits located at major aid stations as well as the start/finish line. Please ensure you provide accurate medical and emergency contact details when registering.
Rest & Recovery
Our post-race area is designed to provide the best start for your recovery process. Recovery drinks, water, fruit and other sustenance to rebalance your body. Massage and other therapies will feature at some venues. It’s also the best spot to swap tales of the day with other like-minded runners.
Cutoff Times
There are overall cut off times for each race; with interim check points. These will be set according to different course elevations and event schedules for each location.

We’re stocking up on the best t-shirts, buffs, hoodies, singlets, caps, belts and more event mementos to include free with longer race entries. These will also be available to purchase with your shorter race registration. See what’s available here.

There is a bag check-in at the event hub – however you will need to be self-sufficient and carry the mandatory gear with you.

There will be 2 aid stations – located at Angusvale Camping Ground and Billy Goat Bend Camping ground.
